Cadence Multisports was established in 2004 by a couple of local area triathletes. The original idea was to produce some grassroots races that would provide a training ground for area triathletes as well to support and increase awareness for the sport of triathlon in our local communities. What started out as a low key time trial event in the summer of 2004 and some mini triathlon/brick style workouts quickly gained popularity and evolved into what is now the Liberty Triathlon and Tuesday Night Time Trial Series.

Although our events have grown and become more "official" than they started out, The Cadence Mulitsport mission remains the same:

Our mission is to produce and manage quality endurance sporting events that meet both the needs of our growing multisport community, and which support and enhance multisport awareness and the prosperity within the surrounding communities that our events occur.

With each passing year it is our goal to continue to improve upon our events and make them the best they can be to fullfill our mission above. Although we currently do not have any plans to grow the number of events we produce, we are always willing to help consult for other events in order to ensure that the Midwest Multisport Community is the best that it can be for all parties involved.
